Orange County EFT Community Meetings

Cost: Free

Repetition is the R in the RISSSC of EFT. One purpose of repetition is to help clients really take in a new piece of information, because, as Kathryn Rheem has said, “the distressed brain doesn’t believe anything it hears once.” But sometimes it can be difficult to linger in a spot that we as therapists feel we’ve already covered. And sometimes we hear from clients, “We’ve been over this already!” This month we will review together why, how, when, and when not to use repetition in our sessions, then we’ll practice using repetition in role plays.

Come and practice your EFT skills with us! Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there!

“The workshop surpassed all my expectations. I was worried that bringing up feelings and issues might harm my relationship. But with the tools I learned to use, it felt very safe, and the conversations between my partner and me were well received on both sides and brought us closer together.”
